1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the US. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All Cabinware products ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS which typically takes 3-9 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders.

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

UPS and FedEx will occasionally deliver on-ground packages on Saturdays. In order to get your order on Saturday or Sunday, we recommend having your packages delivered to a UPS store, authorized FedEx store, or friend’s house ahead of the weekend, where you can pick up your packages at your own convenience. Specific arrangements must be done by the buyer with the shipping agent.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been processed and shipped. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please contact customer service and we'll try to fix the issue as soon as we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Fortunately we do! However, the available shipping options and delivery times may vary due to location and size of the item. Available shipping options can be viewed at checkout. Note: international shipments may be subjected to custom fees and import taxes, that the buyer is responsible for.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Please note that some payment methods are not available in some countries.

Is shipping cost refunded if I return?

Shipping fees are final and will not be refunded in the event you return any of the products.
